Shipping & Returns

We despatch items every day via Royal Mail First Class. This takes 1-2 working days to arrive depending on your region. Please take this into account and allow for delivery times when placing your order. Special delivery requests can be accomodated if you contact us to confirm, including Special Delivery (Next Day) or delivery by a particular date (for a birthday for example).

Minimum charges for delivery within the UK is £4.35. Orders on the heavier side will be charged at £6.50. Delivery charges will be calculated during the checkout process.

International Postage is calculated by the website by weight. It is possible to estimate shipping using the "Estimate Shipping" Button. Our system covers many countries, if however your country is not included please contact us for a postage price. International orders are posted using Royal Mail Airmail and delivery estimates are as follows:

  • Europe - 3 to 5 days
  • US and rest of the World - 7 to 14 days.

Please note we are unable to accept the cost of sending us back returns where the goods have been incorrectly ordered.

Availability and Range Changes

All goods are subject to availability. Changes are made to our range from time to time and we reserve the right to replace any item without notice and without prejudice.

All prices include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment

We accept all major credit and debit cards, cheques and Postal Orders. Where payment is by cheque goods will only be despatched after the cheque has cleared. Please note that goods will only be dispatched once full payment has been received.

Delivery shortages/faulty goods

Must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of delivery for claims to be considered.

Non-Delivery of goods

The quantity of any consignment of Goods as recorded by the Company upon despatch from the Company's place of business shall be conclusive evidence of the quantity received by the Buyer on delivery unless the Buyer can provide conclusive evidence proving the contrary.

On delivery, the Buyer shall examine the Goods for defects and completeness. In all cases a signature stating 'unexamined' or like words shall be deemed to be an unconditional acceptance of the Goods.

The Company shall not be liable for any shortage in delivery of Goods, for loss of Goods or for non-delivery of Goods (even if caused by the Company's negligence) unless the Buyer gives written notice to the Company of such shortage in delivery, loss of Goods or non-delivery of Goods (as applicable), within 7 days of the date when the Goods would in the ordinary course of events have been received.

Any liability of the Company for shortage in delivery of Goods, loss of Goods or non-delivery of Goods shall be limited to replacing the Goods within a reasonable time or (at the Company's sole option) issuing a credit note or refunding the price at the pro rata Contract rate against any invoice raised for such Goods.

Subject as stated and subject to the other provisions of these Conditions, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss (all three of which terms include, without limitation, pure economic loss, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of contracts, damage to property, depletion of goodwill and similar loss), costs, damages, charges or expenses caused directly or indirectly by any shortage in delivery of Goods, loss of Goods or non-delivery of Goods (even if caused by the Company's negligence).

You can return the goods and receive a refund, if you do so within 7 days of the date of delivery. However, postage costs will not be refunded in this instance. Please note that the goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

If the goods are faulty or have been damaged in transit then we will either exchange the goods, free of charge, or give you a full refund including postage costs, providing the goods are returned to us within 7 days of the date of delivery.

Exchanges

If the costume is ordered in the wrong size and an exchange is required, this can be provided but a postage charge will be incurred.

If you want to exchange the costume for an alternative costume, please contact us initially to arrange (tel: 0843 523 5145), but please note the goods must be in their original condition and packaging, as we cannot exchange used goods. A postal charge will be incurred for sending out any new goods.
